Vortex most comfortable All in one, the ultimate perfection
The time has come finally exists the perfect Vortex-meter which meets highest demands.
 Once upon a time!
You have a superheated steam application, which was perfectly managed by a Vortex-meter. As you are in need of pressure- and temperature compensation while carrying out the steam measurement, several additional components were required for your measurement, such as:
Temperature-, pressure transmitter, as well as an external compensation processor. If you only take the purchase of the additional devices in consideration, the mounting, the wiring and the start up, it increases your investment already more than twice as much.
It is all water under the bridge now, as you can replace all components mentioned, and fulfils all measurements with only one single instrument; we talk about the new WY 4000!!!
The WY 4400 is the only Vortex meter available with integrated temperature and pressure compensation.
The meter identifies a reliable operating-, standard- and mass volume of conductive and non conductive liquids, gases and steams; even at fluctuating pressures and temperatures with the help of the integrated flow computer.
You have a saturated steam application in your plant and due to cost reasons you do not have temperature compensation?
Through the missing temperature compensation, and the measuring error caused, you loose quite some money indicated in your energy balance. For this reason the WY 4400 possesses in his basic version already a temperature compensation for saturated steam.
The instruments can be obtained as sandwich-, or flanged version.
The sandwich version is available until DN 100 / 4, whereas the mounting of the sandwich is nowadays much easier due to the new developed centering rings technology. The flange version goes up to DN 300 / 12. The standard material used is Stainless Steel, others on request.

Are you currently using an instrument from a different supplier and are you afraid to replace it?
